Albas 2 What are things made of?

Candies are made from sugar, while sugar is made from plants. Your sweater may be made of sheep's wool, while many bridges are made of stone. Some things we make by taking materials directly from nature, others are made from artificial materials. The things we use every day are made of all kinds of materials: wood, paper, metal, glass, wool, cement, and many, many other materials. But we always have to use the right material to do things. Can you imagine if this book was made of metal? It wouldn't be very easy to use, would it?
